There are two variants that enchantments come in: You can trade in 3 Armor/Weapon Enchants grant a randomized Weapon Enchant by talking to Laplace, a Ganymede in The Lordsgrove.You are capable of selling enchants whether they are soulbound or not.In the case where you have 4 or more enchantments, the Arms, Legs and Head enchants are prioritized.This aspect only matters if you still have or get your hands on an Enchanted Face, Ears and Back equipment from before.You cannot have more than 3 equipment enchants at once.Enchanted Face, Ears and Back equipment created before are still enchanted and still applies their effect.Face, Ears and Back equipment cannot be enchanted anymore, but:.Enchanted items appear as light purple in your inventory.If you wipe with enchanted gear on you, it's lost forever. Enchanted equipment cannot be passed down to the Hippocampal Pool.A soulbound item will restrict you from dropping it, however you can still switch weapons and gear. Equipping an enchanted weapon or equipment will make it soulbound to you.For example, if you found a helmet with Multiplicity while you have boots with Multiplicity, you will be required to remove the boots before being able to equip the helmet. You cannot equip multiple copies of the same enchantment.You do not drop enchanted items on death.
